On Friday, April 29, The Meadow Brook Squires welcome guest lecturer Mike Mansour to discuss Arbor Day and the importance of trees and tree care in our area.
In 1973 Mr. Mansour began the development of Hawk Woods Nature Center in Auburn Hills and has continued his stewardship of the nature center these past 43 years.
He continues his service throughout the state as a professional facilitator for Project Learning Tree and as the ambassador for Cornell University Ornithology Lab providing professional development to schools and the community.
Guests will receive a seedling to plant on their own!
