Volunteer opportunities available for 45th annual Holiday Walk

Meadow Brook is looking for Clubs, Individuals, Groups or Corporate Organizations to give one day of their time as a Holiday Walk Volunteer. Volunteer hosts are stationed throughout the historic house to provide guests with information and direction as they tour the decorated Hall. In-depth knowledge of the estate and its history is not necessary, but some training and an orientation is required.

Day and evening shifts are available, and the time commitment varies depending on shift. Lunch will be provided each day, and dinner is provided when indicated. Discounted Holiday Walk tickets and a discount in the Meadow Brook Hall Museum Shop is also provided.

    I would be interested in helping to decorate the hall or volunteer for other duties. Right now I am enrolled in the msu master gardener ext classes and visited the hall when you had the fundamentals and caring for dahlias program on Friday. Truly a beautiful place and I haven’t been there for many, many years.
