Winter Wonder Lights, is a remarkable feat of design, development and storytelling. One such environment is Holiday Hallway in the magnificent Rose Garden, which has been transformed with fantastic colors and glowing orbs. The design was inspired by Meadow Brook’s Tiffany collection of fine art glass. It incorporates Tiffany’s use of shape and color to develop a Tiffany Holiday experience in our Rose Garden.

The holidays were always a special time for the Dodge-Wilson family. Today, we’re sharing some of their favorite memories and traditions – including sleigh rides through the estate – in a special holiday edition of our Estate Stories series.

The expert panel selected Meadow Brook Hall as Michigan’s only contender for Best Historic Home Tour from a pool of nearly two dozen historic house museums across the country. The award recognizes the Holidays at Meadow Brook events—Holiday Walk and Winter Wonder Lights.

As the birthplace of Oakland University, Meadow Brook is a place to learn, connect and be inspired. We’re asking OU faculty, staff and retirees to support us during the annual Oakland University Fund Drive, a special fundraising effort running from now until Friday, Dec. 8.
