Meadow Brook Hall invites visitors to get into the holiday spirit early with its Christmas in July celebration, announcing the 2026 dates for the Holidays at Meadow Brook and offering an exciting opportunity to book some of the enchanting holiday events planned for the season.
By day, the beloved annual Holiday Walk transports guests through the historic mansion decked in shimmering splendor, while Winter Wonder Lights transforms the estate at night into a breathtaking light show featuring music, concessions and magic.
Meadow Brook Hall will shine as Michigan’s premier holiday entertainment destination from Friday, Nov. 27 through Wednesday, Dec. 30. Tickets for Holiday Walk, Winter Wonder Lights and all remaining holiday events will go on sale on Thursday, Oct. 1 at meadowbrookholidays.com.

HOLIDAY SOIREE
Our elegant new Holiday Soiree shows Meadow Brook at its most merry with an enchanted evening of eating, drinking & dancing. It features live carolers, an open bar, strolling dinner, valet and music by Ben Sharkey & a five piece band! Holiday Soiree will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 2. Tickets are $175 per person and $157.50 for Meadow Brook Members and on sale now!
CANDLELIGHT TOURS
Feel the glow of the holidays at Meadow Brook by the light of candles, flickering fireplaces & thousands of twinkling lights. Enjoy a cash bar, hot cocoa bar & festive live music in this self-guided experience. Candlelight Tours are available on Dec. 1, 8, 15, 16, 17. HOLIDAY TEA & TOUR
This elegant tea features savories, sweets and an old-world feeling of enchantment. Holiday Tea is set in Meadow Brook Hall’s magnificent Dining Room, includes admission to Holiday Walk and a special limited-edition ornament as a gift. Holiday Tea & Tour is available on select dates in November and December. Tickets are $95 each or $85.50 for Meadow Brook Members and on sale now!
TANNENBAUM TEAS
It’s the grandest way to experience an elegant tea – when the historic mansion is otherwise closed to the public. Experience the only guided Holiday Walk tour, premiere tea, a professional portrait of your group and valet parking. Tannenbaum Teas are available on Monday, Dec. 7 & . Tickets are $125 each or $112.50 for Meadow Brook Members and on sale now!

The self-guided touring events will run most dates from Friday, Nov. 27 through Wednesday, Dec. 30, with Holiday Walk open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Winter Wonder Lights open from 5:30-9:30 p.m.

During the day, Holiday Walk is a self-guided indoor tour of the three main floors of historic mansion, filled with magnificent holiday sights and exquisite decorations. Guests will experience the wonder of more than 50 magnificent trees—including a 10-foot tall Poinsettia tree created by 150 live plants, hundreds of feet of garland and thousands of twinkling lights.
As night falls, Meadow Brook is transformed into a dazzling light show. Winter Wonder Lights is a self-guided outdoor event featuring unique light displays throughout the grounds. It will be a special evening of lights, music and magic where visitors can explore the National Historic Landmark at its most festive. Enjoy fun concessions, seasonal and specialty drinks, selfie stations, bonfires and more!

Meadow Brook Hall is the historic home built by one of the automotive aristocracy’s most remarkable women, Matilda Dodge Wilson, widow of auto pioneer John Dodge, and her second husband, Alfred Wilson. Constructed between 1926 and 1929, Meadow Brook Hall represents one of the finest examples of Tudor-revival style architecture in America, and is especially renowned for its superb craftsmanship, architectural detailing and grand scale of 88,000 square-feet. It was the center of a country estate that included 1,500 acres, numerous farm buildings, recreational facilities, several residences and formal gardens. Named a National Historic Landmark in 2012, Meadow Brook Hall strives to preserve and interpret its architecture, landscape, and fine and decorative art so that visitors may be entertained, educated and inspired by history. Meadow Brook Hall is located in Rochester, Mich. on the campus of Oakland University.
