The game is afoot, and this time it’s murder. Meadow Brook’s annual Mystery Dinner invites amateur sleuths to a captivating evening of mystery and mayhem at the Great Estate. This immersive and interactive event includes a three-course meal, full signature bar and a chance to solve the mystery. Dress for the occasion as your most glamorous self.
This year’s theme is “Midnight at the Masquerade.” It’s a glittering gala where the guests wear masks – that just may hide their murderous intentions. Walk through our gates and be thrown into a night of mystery, intrigue and murder that you’ll never forget. With a killer crowd of people just waiting for murder to arrive on the scene, this night will keep everyone looking over their shoulders and guessing who the next victim will be.

Salad: Late harvest mixed greens, dried cranberries, smoked gorgonzola, toasted chickpeas & pomegranate-balsamic vinaigrette
Entree: Pan-roasted chicken breast with locally foraged oyster mushroom cream, apple cider glazed brussels sprouts & Michigan wild rice pilaf

A Guide to Masquerade Attire
Guests are encouraged to dress to impress for this occasion.
Ladies: It’s a bewitching occasion to be your most glamorous self with long gowns in sequins, silks, satins, lace or velvet. Jewel-tones set a glamorous tone, and no accessory can be too much – from statement jewelry to feather fascinators, lace gloves and faux-fur stoles. Don’t forget the most important accessory of all – a masquerade mask!
Gentlemen: You can’t go wrong in a sharp suit or dress to the nines in an elegant tuxedo. Dress shirts and ties, vests and suspenders all add polish to your appearance. Choose your masquerade mask with care – whether you strike a tone of mystery or mischief, just be sure your aren’t a suspect for murder!
