Our fall event lineup features: Art in the Elements limited run floral exhibition, Meadow Brook’s annual Wild Game Dinner & Auction fundraiser, a new Glass Etching Class with Paint Creek Center for the Arts, Dinner & a Movie film screenings, glamorous Mystery Dinners, after-dark flashlight tours & our family fun Hall-oween Trick or Treating event.
As the focal point of Meadow Brook’s East Gardens, the winged Colt Pegasus Fountain is one of the most iconic settings across the entire estate—and is today a favorite wedding ceremony location for brides, grooms and wedded couples.
Our season will sizzle with a series of all-new interactive activities and experiences! Guests of all ages are invited to check out special activations scattered throughout the estate, along with our new Twilight Tours, historic vehicles on display, and the exclusive chance to explore the three children’s playhouses!
Stroll down our gallery connecting the Great Hall and the Christopher Wren Dining Room to view a collection of paintings featuring pastoral scenes and you will see an original Rosa Bonheur painting, The Hay Cart.
Meadow Brook’s Lost Painting Project has restored a former painting to a place of prominence inside the Great Hall, new to visitors but quite familiar to the family and the estate.
Join us for a special evening when the light hits just right. Plan your next date night for our Twilight Tour on Saturday, Aug. 5. Bring someone special to Meadow Brook to enjoy live music and cold drinks while touring the historic mansion and estate. The experience includes light refreshments and a cash bar in a spectacular setting.
Get creative with us at our first-ever Block Stamp Making Party! It’s an adult art workshop hosted in partnership with Paint Creek Center for the Arts and features a cash bar and fun snacks. All supplies are included and you get to keep your stamp!
Help make Rochester a little greener. Meadow Brook Hall and the City of Rochester Hills are pairing up to host an Arbor Day celebration and we need your help! Volunteers will plant trees and work on woodland restoration on the rescheduled date of Tuesday, May 9.

This Women’s History Month, we are showcasing some of the fascinating women who once lived here. Today, we are highlighting Barbara (Wilson) Eccles. Although Barbara is often remembered as a sweet debutant, her life tells an inspiring story of independence and resilience.
New dates added! The immersive tour promises a look into the secret lives of the downstairs servants where the real Meadow Brook household staff lived and worked. You’ll learn about the historic counterparts to your favorite characters, from Mr. Carson and Mrs. Hughes and everyone needed to keep a grand estate running.
