This Valentine’s Day, treat your sweetheart to an enchanting evening at the Great Estate. The experience begins with a romantic candlelight cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception, strolling musicians and the chance to explore Meadow Brook Hall at your own pace. Each couple will also enjoy a delectable three-course Valentine’s Dinner at a private table for two, with wine service and a decadent dessert. Complimentary valet is included.

Appetizers:
Asiago Arancini with fire roasted tomato coulis
Spinach in phylo with feta, citrus zest & scallion
Tabled artisanal cheeses with select charcuterie meats, fruit garnish & appropriate flatbreads & crackers
Salad:
Winter greens, dried cranberry, smoked gorgonzola, toasted pepitas, radish & grilled Vidalia vinaigrette
Entrée:
Braised boneless short rib of beef with pan seared chicken thigh cutlet with natural reduction and Hubbard squash velouté, presented with browned butter-sage spaetzle & poached haricot vert
Dessert:
Sanders hot fudge cream puff with roasted pecans, whipped cream & Amarena cherries
