Meadow Brook Hall is currently managing a number of maintenance and repair projects. If you plan to visit at the end of June or start of July, you may see some crews from Oakland University’s Facilities Management and our team of vendors hard at work taking care of the Great Estate.
Some of the projects include painting the front door gates and lanterns, making repairs to the courtyard to replace a broken section with stamped concrete, removing and replacing warped floorboards in the Fountain Room, drain evaluation and repair, repairing thermostats and radiator valves and more.
Please pack your patience and pardon our dust as we tackle these necessary maintenance and repair projects. Note, Meadow Brook Hall is closed on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4 to celebrate the Fourth of July.
