Black and Gold Giving Day is a special fundraising effort to drive extra support for your favorite Oakland University initiatives – such as Meadow Brook Hall! Anyone can give! Maximize your gift with $100,000 in matching funds from Oakland University Credit Union!
As the birthplace of OU and a National Historic Landmark, Meadow Brook is an active and vital resource on OU’s campus and in the broader community.
Like many of our fellow self-supporting, non-profit organizations, philanthropy is an important part of keeping Meadow Brook Hall’s doors open, our collections preserved and our programs engaging for the community.
We are always grateful to our dedicated volunteers, members & donors who give their time, energy and support to Meadow Brook – especially to those who recently joined our new monthly giving program – The 1929 Club.

Support our Estate & Collections: You can help with the care and preservation of the historic estate and our more than 75,000 artifacts including art, furnishings, Tiffany glass and more. This fund will also help restore the historic stained glass windows that were recently damaged by a senseless act of vandalism.
support Estate & CollectionsGive to our Gardens & Grounds: Our extensive grounds are a labor of love for our Meadow Brook Garden Club, who is responsible for the care and maintenance of our gardens. This year, we are raising funds for a major Rock Garden restoration project that will rebuild, reinforce and restore this historic space.
