Rates for photography sessions are as follows:
- Groups consisting of 1-5 people cost $200 for the first hour.
- Groups consisting of 6-15 people cost $375 for the first hour.
- Groups consisting of 16-25 people cost $525 for the first hour.
- Groups larger than 25 may incur an additional rate per person.
For all groups, additional time is $125 per hour. Photo sessions are booked in hour increments only, with a minimum of one (1) hour purchase required. Any additional time over one hour requested will automatically incur the fee for a full additional hour. Sessions that are scheduled outside of our public hours (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.) are subject to an additional After Hours premium fee of $75.00 per hour.
All sessions must be paid in full when booking confirmation is sent, otherwise you may risk losing your photo session time slot.
Professional photography is only permitted in the exterior grounds and gardens, and a photography permit does not allow you access to any historic building including the Hall itself. Drones are not permitted to be used on the grounds of Meadow Brook Hall.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to book photography sessions after 3:30 p.m. on any exclusive use facility rental dates (these mostly fall on Friday through Sunday). If the date and time requested on your photoshoot inquiry should fall on one of these dates, we will reach out to you to propose an alternate date/time frame.
