Sugar Plum Tea
What could be prettier than a Sugar Plum Tea? Encourage your crew to dress up for this special experience in Meadow Brook’s decorated education space, located in the historic family garage.
Experience a delightful tea with hot cocoa – in a real China tea cup! – and a cookie before marveling at the more than 50 decorated trees on a self-guided tour of the three main floors of the historic mansion for Holiday Walk.
Plus, on select Saturdays this season, children can tell Santa their wishes at a stop on the tour route. The full Sugar Plum Tea experience will take about 2 hours.

North Pole Jamboree
No place is more festive than Meadow Brook at the holidays! Join our North Pole Jamboree for your favorite experience this season!
Children will help get ready for Santa, make a seasonal craft, and even mix up some reindeer chow in our decorated education space in the historic family garage. After the activities, your group will take a self-guided tour of the three main floors of the historic mansion for Holiday Walk. Don’t miss the replica of Meadow Brook Hall crafted in gingerbread!

All children who visit Meadow Brook Hall during Holiday Walk can participate in Cleo’s Scavenger Hunt. Cleo, the Dodge and Wilson family’s Saint Bernard dog, loved the holidays! Help her search for a special pickle ornament on some of the decorated trees throughout the house. Return your sheet to the Holiday Market and choose a prize.
Post your letters to Santa at Meadow Brook! Stop by our Visitor Center (admission not required) and place your letters to the North Pole inside our big red mailbox. Guaranteed delivery to the Head Elf by Christmas Eve!
