It’s the social event of the season and you’re invited! Spend an afternoon at the Great Estate and experience what life was like for members of the automotive aristocracy in the early twentieth century with this Gilded Tea & Tour.
Set in our exquisite Christopher Wren Dining Room, this elegant event will feature a delectable tea with sweets, savories and perhaps even the latest gossip! Meadow Brook’s Gilded Tea & Tour recreates the atmosphere felt by guests calling on Matilda Dodge Wilson at her country estate.
Then, the afternoon will conclude with a guided house tour which takes you through the main three floors of Meadow Brook Hall. Guests are encouraged to wear their finest 1920s, Gilded Age or Downton Abbey-inspired attire.
