• One-hour rehearsal for those hosting their ceremony onsite.
• For outdoor weddings, each vendor will have access to the Garden Tent and grounds 1-2 hours before your ceremony or reception begins, to allow ample time for their individual deliveries and setup.
• An optional tour during cocktail hour to showcase the historic mansion and share many fascinating stories that will enchant your guests.
• White linen napkins, mid-length tablecloths and table skirting.
• Elegant china, flatware and glass stemware.
• Setup, breakdown and cleanup of all Meadow Brook Hall equipment.

Our inspired menus offer a delectable and completely customizable selection – including vegetarian and vegan options – for your most delicious dining experience.

SITE-VISIT APPOINTMENT

A walk-through of the historic mansion and estate allows the couple, parents and family members to visit Meadow Brook and meet with our wedding coordinator. Together, you will explore all the possibilities and design a wedding that is perfectly suited to meet your needs and dreams. Site visits generally take about an hour.
