THE CHRISTOPHER WREN DINING ROOM

With a one-of-a-kind indoor wedding, the dining experience takes place in the breathtaking Christopher Wren Dining Room.

• After mingling on the main level of Meadow Brook Hall during Cocktail Hour, dinner chimes will call your guests into the Christopher Wren Dining Room for a spectacular seated meal.
• The room can seat 100 guests, 94 in the main room and an additional 6 in the connected, chinoiserie-style Breakfast Nook.
• Your guests will be blown away by the intricate plaster ceiling, detailed woodwork, and sophistication of this room.

If your wedding has more than 100 guests, no problem! We can accommodate that as well with our Strolling Reception experience.

GARDEN TENT

For extraordinary outdoor wedding receptions, the Garden Tent is available from May through mid-October. Positioned on the expanse of lawn south of the Pegasus Garden, the majestic white tent has become Meadow Brook Hall’s symbol of summer wedding magic.

• The all-weather structure is 60′ x 120′ and can accommodate up to 325 guests.
• Climate Control is included.
• A beautiful white pleated ceiling liner softens the atmosphere in the tent, while removable wall panels with French windows and doors complete this lovely structure.
• The tent also features a stage, dance floor and chandelier lighting that can be dimmed to a romantic glow for dinner and dancing.
• A brick walkway from the Loggia Terrace and hard floor surface in the tent ensure that ladies never have to walk in the grass in their high heels!

Meadow Brook’s in-house Executive Chef Patrick Gazzarato and his sous and pastry chefs are nationally renowned for both the quality of the cuisine and the service. Our expansive full-service catering operation creates custom fare for your event, ranging from signature touches on classic favorites to a range of delectable Indian, Kosher, vegetarian and vegan options.

The culinary staff frequently expands their repertoire with ingredients from the Great Lakes region, including herbs and vegetables grown right here in Meadow Brook’s own gardens.

In addition to a variety of the world’s finest, Meadow Brook offers a thoughtfully curated selection of wine. A variety of premium spirits and bar set-ups are professionally presented by a fully licensed bartending staff.
